Project summary: The purpose of the project aims to support Torres Strait Islander individuals and community to better understand and navigate the complex aged care system (particularly within their local island jurisdictions). The ageing and older adults Hub concept will involve building strong and effective networks and sustainable key partnerships with aged care services, aligned government agencies, NGOs and relevant not-for-profit agencies in the region.
