Folau Talbot

Program Officer

Folau is a young and proud Gamilaroi/Tongan man from Boggabilla NSW, now living in Sydney. He previously worked for the University of Sydney and has worked in the project management/officer field for the past 5 years. Folau also has a dental background and is a dental technician by trade.

For the past three years he has managed a workforce project out of the University of Sydney and now states he has the honour of joining Lowitja Institute. Folau says he has a few hobbies that include fishing, camping, hiking, random drives on a weekend and hanging out with family and friends and is always up for a yarn. One of his biggest achievements so far was winning the 2018 Apprentice of the year national NAIDOC award.
