Project summary: This project will use the seed funding to develop a grant application for a larger implementation and evaluation study to strengthen the evidence for community wellbeing through empowerment. This will allow the partner service organisations to work with existing and new industry and research partners to develop a larger competitive research application to implement and evaluate outcomes across partner communities.
