Project summary: Yarning circles conducted on Wiradjuri Country with Aboriginal mothers and Elders identified a community need for home visiting breastfeeding services that are designed and delivered through Aboriginal community controlled health services. This project aims to empower Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander mothers and restore cultural breastfeeding practices through synthesising evidence on current programs and developing a framework for a community-led home visiting breastfeeding program.
