A key aim of the Lowitja Institute is to support the development of our next generation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health researchers and research teams by linking scholars and emerging researchers with experienced researchers.

The Lowitja Institute is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from researchers around Australia for the supervision and/or mentoring of the successful candidates of our various scholarships, as well as the mentoring of emerging researchers in our upcoming research commissioning round.

If you are interested in mentoring or supervising the next generation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students and researchers, please download the EOI form. Once the brief form is completed, please upload HERE.

When we have received your EOI form, you will be added to Lowitja Institute’s Supervisor and Mentoring database. We will then contact you if any scholars or emerging researchers require mentoring or supervision support matching your experience and research focus.
