The Lowitja Institute is keen to ensure the outcomes and learnings from all former associated CRCs and the Lowitja Institute CRC continues to be translated into health policy and practice and thereby contributes to health and wellbeing research impact and improved outcomes beyond June 2019.
To support this process from 2018 to the end of the Lowitja Institute CRC in June 2019, the Lowitja Institute established the CRC Research Advisory Committee to provide as needed expert advice and support to the Lowitja Institute, through the Research and Knowledge Translation team on:
The Committee met for the first time on 18 July 2018 in Melbourne and identified the following key tasks to be addressed:
The Committee plans to meet on a quarterly basis and will provide updates about their progress and outcomes via the Lowitja Institute e-bulletin.
