Presented by WellMob, this was a powerful, mob-led session packed with tools, tips, and digital resources designed by mob, for mob – because looking after our social and emotional wellbeing means we can better support our communities.

Learning outcomes:

  • Explore and learn how to navigate and use the deadly WellMob website to uncover practical tools that can boost your own wellbeing and how to use digital resources in your work practice to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander client’s social and emotional wellbeing.
  • Discover digital resources available on the WellMob website for managers and supervisors to champion workplace wellbeing and explore resources to help our non-Indigenous colleagues become strong, respectful allies.

When we care for ourselves and each other, we build a stronger, healthier workforce.

You can’t pour from an empty cup so let’s learn to fill our cups together.
