Lowitja Learning Summit: Introduction to Indigenous Research in Community Contexts

Hosted in Mparntwe (Alice Springs) this interactive workshop was designed for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members, including educators, health workers, healers, and knowledge holders, who are interested in research.

Facilitated by Distinguished Professor Distinguished Professor Linda Tuhiwai Smith, the workshop emphasised community-led and community-controlled research, drawing on Indigenous knowledges for community purposes, that is led by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
