Evaluation of an Aboriginal Empowerment Program
An evaluation of a Family WellBeing program held in Alice Springs between March 1998 and April 1999 as a response to the increased incidence of suicides and attempted suicides among young people in the town and surrounding region. The paper concludes that the next phase of the program should specifically target men. It says the program also needs to be better integrated with other social and emotional health programs in the region.
