Challenges and Enablers – Highlights video

In this session Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander researchers told the story of their journey in research. Chaired by Aboriginal researcher Ms Kim O'Donnell, from Flinders University, presenters included an early career researcher (Donna Weetra, MCRI), mid-career researcher (Felicia Watkin Lui, JCU), established researcher (Lisa Jackson Pulver, UNSW) and the Lowitja Institute Emerging Researcher award winner (Raymond Lovett, AIATSIS). In telling their story presenters reflected on what has challenged and enabled their research, and also describe the impact of knowledge exchange on their research journey. This session extended and expanded on the three clips filmed prior to the event and hope to continue the conversation.
