Scott grew up on Bungandidj and Gunditjmara Country in South Western Victoria close to the limestone cliffs of Bocara (Glenelg River). After a few years in the Australian Federal Police, Scott returned to university to complete a Masters (Journalism) and spent almost 10 years as a magazine editor and entertainment journalist. Scott has worked in both the government and private sectors across a range of roles, including Warner Music Australia. Since 2020 he has held the role of Marketing and Communications Manager at Aboriginal-owned professional services organisation Ninti One, based on Kaurna Country in Adelaide. Scott is supporting our First Nations Health and Wellbeing: The Lowitja Journal.
