We are excited to announce recipients of 2025 Lowitja O’Donoghue Foundation Nursing Scholarships.

The 2025 round was expanded across three streams and attracted strong national interest with 18 scholarships awarded: four Postgraduate/Higher Degree and 14 Undergraduate.

Recipients are located in Newcastle, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Townsville, Canberra, Adelaide, Ipswich, Broome, the Torres Strait Islands, and Arnhem Land.

‘This incredible group of scholarship recipients are honouring the legacy and work of the late Dr Lowitja O’Donoghue through their dedication and passion for ensuring that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health is the hands of our people.
