Vanessa Harris is from Darwin and comes from a well-known local family, which is active in health and community services. Her family is originally from the Alyawarre people of Alpurrurulum, also known as Lake Nash, through her maternal grandmother. She has a Health Science degree with a management major. Vanessa was the Program Manager for the Social and Emotional Well Being Program with the CRC for Aboriginal Health. She has been the Program Manager for Programs 2 and 3 of the Lowitja Institute since 2010. | |
