Finance and audit committee
A finance and audit committee, whose duties are contained in a Board approved Charter, was formed in early 2011 and generally meets four times a year. Membership consists of two Directors, and two independent persons with relevant experience, one of whom is the committee Chair. In addition, the CEO and the Chief Operating Officer attend the meetings. The CRCATSIH auditors attend one of the meetings to report on the annual audit and to answer any queries reaised by the committee.
