Chronic Diseases Network Conference - Sponsorship Opportunity

The Chronic Diseases Network (CDN) is holding the 14th Annual NT Chronic Diseases Network Conference, “Health Literacy: Opening Doors to Health and Wellbeing”, on 9-10 December 2010 in Darwin. 

The program and other conference information is available at http://www.cdnconference.com.au/.  Early bird registrations close on Friday 30 July 2010.

The CDN has announced that Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people working or studying in health / chronic diseases can apply to attend the upcoming CDN Conference as a sponsored delegate or presenter. Sponsorship will cover conference registration costs and accommodation, if required. Sponsorship will be offered on the basis of applicants meeting the selection criteria outlined in the application form.  Sponsorship applications close on Friday 6 August 2010.
